Sridhar Mallick is a dedicated social worker and an active public figure in Rourkela who is always committed to addressing public issues and supporting the community. Currently, he serves as the Secretary for Banking, Taxation & Law at the Rourkela Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he plays a vital role in guiding and assisting businesses on matters related to banking, taxation, and legal frameworks.

He is also the General Secretary of PRAYAS, a social organization dedicated to empowering women through vocational training, health awareness programs, legal literacy, and promoting economic inclusion. Under his leadership, the organization actively works towards creating opportunities for women to become self-reliant and confident members of society.

Sridhar Mallick is a Managing Committee Member of the Brahmani Club, contributing to various social and community development initiatives. His commitment to service is further reflected through his active association with prestigious organizations like the Lions Clubs International and Rotary International, where he participates in numerous humanitarian and welfare activities.

Previously, he served as an elected Director of the Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., where he contributed significantly to strengthening banking services and supporting financial growth in the region.
